If your gear isn't the right fit or you've simply changed your mind, we provide easy options for refunds or exchanges both online and in-store.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your online account to start a digital return request or visit any Kathmandu retail store with your proof of purchase.
Pack and Post
Securely package your items and attach the generated shipping label before dropping the parcel off at your nearest New Zealand Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
